URS Log shows the selected target as invalid although target is ready

Hi,

URS log shows as below:

_M_I_2c1e026ce96db1df [10:0c] tenant Resources Agent INSMBH: dn 7281006 (d 1) is ignored: other dn type(cfg)
_M_I_2c1e026ce96db1df [10:0c] tenant Resources Agent INSMBH: dn 7281506 (d 2) is ignored: other dn type(cfg)

and I just want to know why the target is invalid and what’s wring with his profile?

You have to post fragment of URS logs covering the checking of target state for find out what was the root-cause. Your fragment is not related to the root-cause

agent has ready DNs (7281006 and 7281506) but call 2c1e026ce96db1df (or startegy nadling this call make corresponding settings) can not be routed to any DN of type 1 (extension) or 2 (ACDPosition). Either it is not voice call or strategy set for this call some other DN type.
