Is there any method to turn off the IWS statistics so that it wont pull stats from stat server?
If I remove the kpi.displayed-kpis and statistics.displayed-statistics values, will it stop pulling stats. Please advise.
Delete the KPIs…you just deleted what has to be shown on the agent.

But still the vq names are displaying as headings. So I was wondering whether can we disable the MyStats and CCstats sections in IWS itself.

Where are they being shown?? can you post a screenshot?
You can disable it in the Agent Roles for IWS. Can Use Statistics as unassigned option will help you.
