Transfer chat interaction

Hello All,

Can anyone know,In Genesys Chat, what is the best method to transfer chat interaction from 1 agent to other.

Use method Transfer in Interaction Server API and process Invite on agent_2 side properly (connect to the chat session specified in interaction properties).
There are also some details about visibility mode (silent, coaching) but it’s a next step.
