400 Bad Request when trying to push updated agent settings via the API for our newest training group. It’s a mess. We’ve got a massive rollout for the new onboarding curriculum and the adoption metrics are already tanking because the settings aren’t sticking for half the cohort.
The stakeholders are expecting a clean transition by Friday. I tried using PATCH /api/v2/users/agentui/agents/autoanswer/{agentId}/settings to standardize the auto-answer behavior across the group so the training simulations actually work, but it’s just failing.
The API response is vague as usual. It’s making it impossible to track who’s actually ready for production. If I can’t get these cohorts synced, the VP is going to see a dip in the proficiency scores and it’ll look like the training plan failed. Tried a manual update in the Admin UI for a few test users and that worked, but doing that for 200 agents is just not happening.
