Hi All,

How to Save ToAddress value into varibale in Genesys Email Solution ?

In Voice part, we can capture ANI into some variable and handle further as per needs.. Same like I want to capture ToAddress into some variable.

Is there any function in IRD to capture ToAddress like ANI ?

Check URS userdata, there you will find it attached. Just capture it using UData
