Can anybody post a few tips to read ORS logs.

I recommend you to check the TechTutorials about ORS topic (I think there is one about troubleshooting). Also recommend to test the ORS function(s) within LAB environment and check the ORS logs to understand how it is working and logging.

Any client available like kazamir or Myzamir its available for this kind or logs (ors)
Just trying to search in genesys portal but not results

No client as they are http and transaction messages.

Been using the LogDog app from Genesys for ORS. You can download LogDog and apply templates like “GVP” or “ORS” from the Myzamir facebook group via dropbox. https://www.facebook.com/myzamirusers/Myzamir and LogDog log analyzers
