I’m completely stumped as to why terraform plan hangs indefinitely on genesyscloud_routing_queue resources despite no active users. The CLI outputs Acquiring state lock. This may take a few moments... and never proceeds. My k6 load tests are only hitting /api/v2/analytics/conversations/queues/details, not the queue config endpoints, so no writes should be occurring.
