Hi all,
We added some subcodes to a certain action code but the subcodes are not showing in WDE, only the “main” code.
Obviously we followed documentation but it doesn’t mention anything apart from how to add subcodes to a action code, which is pretty straight forward.
Any ideas why the subcode is not working?
I think the subcodes are not usable in WDE. To make sure contact your Genesys representative or Genesys Care.

I meant that the WDE does not work with Subcodes at all - there is no “out-of-box” integration with this type of configuration. So, you can open a feature request or achieve it via customization.
Then what are the subcodes used for?
I think it was usable for old desktop applications (pre-release 6.0) and also within the PSDK. For GAD or WDE it is not used at all.
Isn’t there a way to create a list with a tree format?

No tree format possible as I know of.
