Stuck on Screen Recording API 403 Forbidden

Stuck on accessing the Screen Recording API. In Zendesk, we could easily pull session replays via their support ticket interface. Assuming Genesys Cloud would offer similar transparency for quality assurance, I tried calling GET /api/v2/recording-screens.

403 Forbidden: Insufficient permissions.

I have granted the ‘Recording: Screen Recording’ permission to the integration user, but it still fails. Am I missing a specific org-level setting for screen capture access?
