Stuck on BYOC Trunk Failover Latency during QM API Calls

Stuck on persistent 408 Gateway Timeout errors when the Quality Management API attempts to pull call recordings from our secondary APAC BYOC trunks.

Primary trunks handle the load, but failover logic triggers during peak hours, resulting in a 12-second delay before the secondary SIP registration accepts the request. The 2024-02 release notes mention improved failover, yet our Singapore region trunks still drop packets during the handoff.

Is there a specific timeout configuration in the outbound routing that overrides the default SIP retransmission settings for QM recording retrievals?
