.stg files

I don’t know much about CC Pulse, but no one is taking owership of it but me. I am being asked where the .stg files are. Can anyone tell me.

There is usually a network drive setup for this so that everyone can access it.

They are located where you define they should be in the CME application.
Under CME go to Applications and then go to options of the CCPulse application, then check the Storage option.

Now if you mean where are the stg files with the default reports, check the StatServer CD.

Hum..Up to 7.2 was c:\gcti\CCPulse+\StorageSamples, well always was that for me…
