I have created a statistic for multimedia agents which captures the not ready reason code with which an agent is logged in. The values being captured by the statistic are correct. I have observed that The Main Mask: NotReadyForNextCall shows verification failed. Does anyone know what could be possible reason?

Can anyone please help me on same? For Main Mask I am getting Verification failed for both real time as well as historical reports. CCPulse is displaying values of statistic for real time reports while is it showing n/a for historical reports. I checked CCPulse help file and here is what I got: “The Verification column contains one or more messages that refer to the statistical parameter that lies in that row. Following is the definition given for Failed verification:
Failed - The value in the associated row is incorrect.”
And without filter the stat is working properly?
This issue is being faced without filter too.
Check statServer logs
Check ODS logs
