Stat server has stopped for 3 hrs during business hours. Will I loose the reporting data for that stopped time. If no from where can I get it back.
Depends what Solution and which components your StatServer was serving;
CCA - probably yes, you have lost the data for the period, if the StatServer which had stopped was supposed to be collecting your reporting data for CCA. How to get it back? Mark this one down to experience… it’s gone.
InfoMart - no, because ICON collects reporting data.
