Some extension not show statisticas

HI.. I have a problem..

In past months, I created 4 new extensions in Genesys, but this extension not are show us the statisticas. I check the configurations and it’s fine, in fact, has the same configuration that others extensions.

On CCpulse if you create a template with this extensions, are they shown as monitored?
What says TServer about this DN’s? Are they monitored or not? Can you post statserver and Tserver logs when something happens on this extension?
What does your PBX says?

You could tell me how I can obtain a CCPulse and TServer log ?

Talk to your Genesys administrator to provide such logs.
