[SOLVED] max-interactions-per-snapshot

Hi Experts,

I want to know if is it possible to configure “max-interactions-per-snapshot” on agent id or person level ? as far as I know, that it is only apply on IXN Server but need to double check.

max-interactions-per-snapshot
Default Value: 500
Valid Values: Any integer from 100–2000
Changes Take Effect: Immediately
Specifies the maximum number of interactions that clients can select in a
snapshot.

The scenario is that we need to increase the value to 2000 but only for 2 TL’s. Is it possible ?

And, if we increase the value on application level then it would impact system performance ?

Hi All,

For other Genesys admins this is the information for their help that I got confirmation that max-interactions-per-snapshot is global parameter and it cant be applied on agent level.
