Softphone Question

Question:
Softphone was developed to handle phone and non-phone contact using VB6.0. Wondering can this softphone be used for version 7.5 or 8?

Hi Vivek,

It really depends on what functionalities are supported by your softphone. I would say that handling voice interactions should be OK as T-Servers are backward compatible. However, non-voice interactions (email etc.) won’t work with high probability as ICS (Internet Contact Solution) was replaces by eServices/Multimedia and it is completely different product.
