SMTP Server configuration

Hello Everyone,
I am writing this post since I have questions to make :

  1. How come that in Genesys is possible configure just one SMTP Sever per EmailServer?
  2. Regarding the authentication needed for the outbound email. Why a single account per EmailServer can be configured for the SMTP authentication?

If you need to connect to multiple SMTP servers you can add additional EmailServers and then use them when needed from routing

Or configure that account to have permissions to send as many other accounts as you need.
