Siebel List files deleted from Genesys OCM

This is regarding siebel list files being deleted from Genesys OCM (Outbound Contact Manager) and Genesys team claims that user siebel7gplus (some Siebel remote user) deleted the lists from OCM.

Can you please help me undaerstanding how these list files are deleted from Genesys?
Is it any siebel process deleting this list?

Yes, it can be done via Siebel. If you delete campaign in Siebel, the gplus campiaign synchronization will delete calling list in ocs and so in your manager.
