Can anyone clarify the concurrency limits for the /api/v2/floccus/scripts endpoint? We hit 503 Service Unavailable errors consistently at 10:00 AM CST when publishing weekly schedules. Our WFM shows 450 agents available, yet the API refuses connections. Is this a hard limit on the US1 region, or does Genesys throttle based on active session counts rather than schedule adherence? Need a workaround for bulk updates.
