The Architect flow triggers the Data Action, but the webhook to /api/now/table/x_custom_rec fails intermittently. v2024.1 environment. Payload contains recording_url and agent_id. ServiceNow logs show the request never arrives. Checking GC audit logs reveals the outbound request succeeds, suggesting a network hop issue. Any insights?
