Screen Recording Quality Degradation in EU-West BYOC

Dealing with a very strange bug here with screen recordings in our EU-West BYOC environment. The issue manifests as follows:

  • Environment: Genesys Cloud EU-West BYOC
  • Feature: Screen Recording integration via Architect flow
  • Issue: Video artifacts and audio desynchronization during peak load

The recordings appear corrupted when concurrent calls exceed 500. No errors are logged in the standard performance dashboard. Has this latency impact been documented for BYOC tenants?
