Screen recording export fails with 403 for legal discovery requests

I can’t seem to figure out why the bulk export job fails with a 403 Forbidden error when including screen recordings in legal discovery requests. The audio tracks export correctly to the BYOC S3 bucket, but the screen video files are rejected. This breaks the chain of custody for these specific interactions.

  • Verified the IAM role has s3:PutObject permissions for the target bucket.
  • Confirmed the legal hold tag is applied correctly to the screen recording segments.
