Screen Recording Data Action 400: ServiceNow Incident Creation Payload Mismatch

Hey everyone, I’ve run into a really strange issue with the Screen Recording to ServiceNow integration. The Architect flow triggers correctly upon recording completion, but the Data Action returns a 400 Bad Request.

“Ensure the JSON body matches the ServiceNow API schema exactly.”

The payload structure matches the Tokyo release docs, yet the error persists. Is there a specific field mapping issue with the recording URL or attachment reference in the latest Genesys Cloud version?
