How come this setting causes adherence to drop? enabling screen recording in architect breaks schedule adherence for my chicago agents. the /api/v2/recordings endpoint returns 400 bad request with a media_capture_disabled error. we are using sdk version 2.1.5. the recording starts but the wfm engine loses track of the agent state. anyone else see this conflict?
