Just noticed that the screen recording endpoint is rejecting requests from our scheduling coordinators. The WFM group has analytics:view but lacks screenrecording:read.
Users must have explicit permission to access recording metadata.
Is there a specific role or scope required for WFM staff to view recordings without giving them full admin rights? We are on US-East. The error is a standard 403. Trying to balance security with operational needs here.
