Screen Recording API Fails During Monday WFM Publish

Need some help troubleshooting intermittent 503 Service Unavailable errors when fetching screen recording metadata via /api/v2/recordings. This occurs exclusively during our Monday 06:00 CT WFM schedule publish window.

The scheduling API returns 200 OK, but subsequent calls to retrieve agent activity logs time out. Is there a known resource contention issue between WFM publishing and the recording service?
