Ran into a weird issue today with the screen recording api. using jmeter 5.6 to hit the screen recording token endpoint on us1. getting 429 too many requests after just 50 concurrent calls. token is valid. tried adding delays but still hitting limits. is there a hard cap on recording creation requests per minute? need to plan capacity for 500 agents.
