Encountering HTTP 500 Internal Server Errors when querying the Screen Recording API for sessions tied to our AP-1 BYOC trunks. The recordings generate successfully in the UI, but fetching metadata via the REST endpoint fails consistently. This blocks our automated compliance reporting pipeline. Has anyone seen this behavior with carrier-specific recording payloads in the Asia/Pacific region? Need a workaround for the data extraction.
