Screen Recording API 500 Error During Shift Swap Validation

Encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when calling the /api/v2/screenrecordings endpoint via our custom Python SDK v3.4.2. This happens specifically during the validation phase of agent shift swaps in WFM.

The integration attempts to verify recording compliance for agents involved in the trade. It fails with a generic 500 response, halting the swap approval workflow for our Chicago team.
