Having some issues getting my configuration to work… Hitting the /api/v2/recordings/screen endpoint with a JMeter script simulating 50 concurrent agents results in immediate 429 Too Many Requests errors. Environment is Genesys Cloud v2023.10 with platform_api scope. Is there a specific rate limit for screen recording queries I should be aware of?
