Ran into a weird issue today with the Screen Recording API when trying to pull historical agent sessions for our Zendesk-to-GC migration audit. We are using the /api/v2/recordings/screen endpoint with a valid admin token, but it consistently returns a 403 Forbidden error. In Zendesk, we had easy access to agent desktop logs, so this block is confusing. Does GC require a specific capability flag for screen recording access that isn’t documented?
