SCEE013 The data is incomplete, or the specified data is not within an allowable

Hello Everyone

I have a problem with Genesys Administrator.
When i want to change a DID (the path is: Provisioning - Voice Plataform - DID Groups), it send the follow error:
“SCEE013 The data is incomplete, or the specified data is not within an allowable range. DID specifier 52556 is overlap with 52556.”

Also when I access to the GAD, it sends me this error:
Server indicated error: 403. DBServer Disconnected. Log Viewing functionality will be unavailable.

what can I do to solve this problem?

For problem #2 just add dbserver connection for message server network functionality. Read deployment guide.

For #1 are you changing via wizard or how exactly?
