Dealing with a very strange bug here with the Weekly Adherence Report. When I pull data for the last 7 days via the analytics API, agents with approved shift swaps are showing 0% adherence for the swapped hours. The schedule publish log confirms the swaps are active, but the reporting engine seems to ignore them. We are on Genesys Cloud US-East. Is this a known delay? See Genesys Docs.
