I have recently begun to offer my Services as a remote Certified Genesys Engineer, for Genesys Enterprise Deployments and Support Processes at short-term rates. My idea is very simple; there are many different aspects of a Genesys Deployment which can, with the right information, be produced remotely - cutting costs and delivery times substantially.
