Recording.completed webhook payload missing download_url for ServiceNow attachment

Can anyone explain why the recording.completed webhook drops the download_url field?
ServiceNow Data Action fails to attach the MP4 file.
Payload inspection shows only metadata.
GC version is 2024-12.

  • Verified webhook subscription includes recording.completed event type.
  • Confirmed service account has Recording:Read permissions.
