As our first trial product, our online group has developer a very clumsy, but functional application, somewhat similar to AgentPulse.
Basic idea behind it was inspired by Akiko, who was asking about how to view number of calls in a queue in case one does not have the CCP, or would not want to install one on every agent’s computer.
