We have implemented a new routing strategy in Architect that utilizes specific data actions to tag interactions before they hit the queue. While the flow execution logs confirm these tags are applied correctly, the corresponding custom reports in the Performance dashboard are not reflecting the updated segmentations. The data appears to be lagging by approximately 24 hours, despite the real-time view showing accurate agent states.
The instance is configured for EU-West data residency. Is there a known delay in the analytics pipeline for custom data attributes injected via Architect flows? We require these metrics for daily operational reviews, and the current latency undermines the value of the new routing logic. Any guidance on troubleshooting this synchronization issue would be appreciated.
