Quick question about the Workforce Management API.
Using /api/v2/wfm/schedules.
Need to filter by specific BYOC trunk usage.
The standard endpoint lacks sip_trunk_id fields.
This breaks our APAC carrier failover analytics.
Any workaround for correlating schedule adherence with trunk metadata?
Current setup uses 15 trunks across Singapore and Jakarta.
