Quick question about the Digital Channels bulk export API. When pulling web chat transcripts for a legal discovery request, the JSON payload omits the visitor_external_id field entirely. This breaks our chain-of-custody mapping. The API version is 2023-10-01. Is this a known limitation for digital channels, or is there a specific header required to force metadata inclusion?
