Quick question about predictive routing capacity limits. Our outbound campaign keeps stalling with 503 Service Unavailable errors even though the BYOC trunks show healthy status. I suspect the issue lies in the schedule_group_id mapping within the campaign settings. We updated the concurrency_limits in the WFM schedule group last week, but the predictive capacity doesn’t seem to reflect those changes. Is there a specific API endpoint to validate the link between the campaign and the WFM group? Using Genesys Cloud v2023.10.
