Quick question about the delay in queue activity metrics within the EU-FR environment. The performance dashboard fails to reflect real-time agent status changes immediately after flow completion.

  1. Agent completes interaction via Architect flow.
  2. Status updates to Available.
  3. Dashboard still shows Active for >5 minutes.

This impacts SLA reporting accuracy. Is this a known aggregation latency issue specific to the data residency configuration?
