Quick question about Digital Messaging Webchat SDK 404 on Channel Creation

Quick question about the Digital Messaging Webchat SDK integration. Our AppFoundry app is failing to initialize the webchat widget for a specific multi-tenant org. The POST to /api/v2/communications/channels returns a 404 Not Found, despite the channel ID being valid in the admin UI.

Environment details:

  • Genesys Cloud SDK v4.5.2
  • Multi-tenant OAuth flow
  • Channel Type: Webchat

The error occurs consistently in the US_EAST region but works in EU_WEST. Any insights on region-specific channel provisioning delays?
