Queue Performance Report failing with Error 403 despite Supervisor role

I am trying to generate a standard Queue Performance report for my team of 30 agents, but the system keeps rejecting my request. I have full Supervisor permissions and can view live queues without issue, but when I try to pull historical data for last week, I get a hard failure.

The error message displayed is: “Error 403: Forbidden. Access denied to analytics resource. Contact your administrator to grant ‘analytics:report:view’ permission.”

This is confusing because I am already a Supervisor, which should include these rights. I have checked my role settings in the Admin portal, and it shows I have the standard Supervisor profile. I tried logging out and back in, and I even tried using a different browser, but the same error persists.

My team needs these metrics for our coaching sessions tomorrow, and I cannot access the data. I am not technical enough to troubleshoot API tokens or backend logs, so I need to know if there is a specific setting I am missing or if this is a known bug in the current version of the platform.

Environment details:

  • Role: Supervisor
  • Team Size: 30 agents
  • Report Type: Queue Performance (Historical)
  • Error Code: 403 Forbidden

Has anyone else encountered this specific permission error with the Supervisor role? Is there a workaround to export this data manually, or do I need to escalate this to the IT department immediately?
