Queue Occupancy Metric Discrepancy in EU1 Performance Dashboard

Anyone free to help troubleshoot this metric alignment issue within the Genesys Cloud Performance dashboard for our EU1 tenant. The Queue Occupancy percentage displayed in the real-time view diverges significantly from the aggregated historical data in the Queue Activity report during peak load windows. This occurs despite consistent Architect flow routing logic and no reported API latency. Is there a known calculation lag between real-time socket updates and the batch-processed historical tables that explains this variance?
