Queue and agents info in the same widget using Web Pulse

can web pulse display the data of queues and agents at the same time in the same view?

View? no…as in CCPulse you create templates based on objects, otherwise there wouldn’t be a way to maintain metrics among different objects.

Thanks Cav, I thought so. I don’t use the pulse web much so I preferred to look into it.

Do you mean within one single widget or within wallboard/dashboard? In second case, definitely it is possible as it is fundamental function of Pulse UI.
