Quality score mismatch in bulk export manifest for digital channels

Trying to understand why the quality_evaluation_score in the manifest.json differs from the score shown in the WFM Quality Management UI. The API returns a score of 85, but the UI shows 92 for the same conversation ID. Is the bulk export pulling from a cached state or a different evaluation version? Need exact parity for legal discovery audit trails.
