I can’t seem to figure out why the quality score displayed in the performance dashboard does not align with the evaluation results stored in the architect flow context. we are using the eu-west byoc environment. the dashboard shows a score of 85, while the flow variable holds 92. this discrepancy affects our agent performance reporting. is there a known delay or configuration issue causing this mismatch?
