Pulling quality evaluation data via the API for a legal discovery case. The endpoint returns a 403 Forbidden error despite the service account having the quality:view and recording:export permissions. Standard CSV exports work fine, but the JSON payload required for chain of custody metadata fails. Could someone explain why the Quality API blocks this specific export type?
