Quality Management Scoring Override Not Reflecting in Dashboard

So I’m seeing a very odd bug with the Quality Management scoring override feature. The manual adjustment is saved in the evaluation record but the aggregate score on the Supervisor dashboard remains static, showing the original weighted average. This discrepancy is affecting our agent performance metrics for the Paris team.
