Quality Management Scorecard Mapping Error

No idea why this is happening, the Quality Management scorecard fails to map Zendesk satisfaction metrics. The API returns a 400 Bad Request when trying to sync custom fields.

Context:
Migrating from Zendesk to Genesys Cloud. Using the WFM/Quality Management API. The Zendesk workflow was simple.

Question:
How do I map the Zendesk CSAT field to a Genesys Cloud survey interaction without triggering this validation error?
